Brilliant, efficient and most importantly, honest service. The CompleteIT team rock!! I've used them three times now and I have experienced nothing but top class service. It wasn't possible to repair my machine due to its age (parts and schematic data not available) but complete IT inspected for free and gave me a better idea of where the fault lies. Communication was also pretty good. Thanks.
Edit: They've also just repaired a major mainboard failure on my daily workhorse laptop (Lenovo L580 from 2019), ahead of estimated schedule and the result seems very promising so far.
